$250 New Tenant Fee - Once new tenant is found, qualifies and signs a one-year lease, the fee is taken from the first months rent.

$100 lease renewal fee as a tenant renews for an additional year.

10% monthly management fee taken from the rental proceeds each month.



If you are just looking to find a qualified tenant and can manage it from there, then our tenant placement service is for you!  

We will do all advertising, applications, and lease signing. Once the lease is signed, we send the deposit and lease to you for your handling.

The fee for this service is $250, which is taken from the first month's rental proceeds.
